We were built by people who spent years inside the world's biggest agencies, working at the highest level on some of the most demanding briefs in the business. That experience shaped how we work — the standards we hold, the rigour we bring, the craft we won't compromise on. We started STK to put that experience to work in a different way: as a small, focused team that agencies and brands can bring in when a project needs specialist production expertise in drinks, sport and lifestyle. We work alongside agencies as often as we work directly with brands — sometimes as an extension of their team, sometimes leading the work ourselves.

We back fresh ideas, and we fight to get them made. That's not a tagline — it's how we operate. We're as invested in the strategy and the thinking as we are in the production and the craft, because the best work needs both. Drinks, sport and lifestyle aren't side categories for us.
